• Pharmacy Automations Technology: Overseeing intricate operations at Fakeeh University Hospital’s Pharmacy Services, the first in the UAE to achieve a level 3 highly autonomous, clinically-driven pharmacy, delivering over 91% of medication doses via automated cabinets. Responsibilities include setup, integration projects, SOPs, CAPA, policy formulation, workflow management, and recruitment for the Automation Team.
• Digital Pharmacy & Remote Pharmacy Services; Led the strategic planning and execution of Tele-Pharmacy services, establishing a remote operations team for medication reconciliation, delivery, order review, and information services. Developed and implemented digital pharmacy services, focusing on policies, guidelines, technology, and operational execution.
• MTM, Satellite Pharmacies & Retail Pharmacy Expansions: Led the retail pharmacy expansion project at FUH and Al Ain Pharmacy Group. Collaborated with clinical and ambulatory teams for MTM clinics and satellite pharmacies, focusing on planning, hiring, workflow management, and technology utilization.
